How do I submit a ticket on this support desk? Follow

2019 - Click on SUBMIT A REQUEST at the top right hand side of the website screen...

Fill out the form.

Add any attachments where it says ADD FILES.

You do not need a username and password the first time you submit a ticket.

Once you submit a ticket, check you email for a note from the system that asks you to SELECT A PASSWORD.

Check spam as well.
